What is the Social Web – it is Facebook (almost 1 Billion users), Twitter (180 million users), Google plus (100 million users) Linkedin (100 million users) , Foursquare (10 million ussers)etc. Any business
on the web today should be tapping into this vast network of customers and prospective customers. Take Facebook – In October of 2011, Facebook had more than half (55 percent) of the world’s global audience and for 7 minutes people spent online a mniute of that was on Facebook.3 in every 4 social networking minutes.
